Hi [Name], thanks for getting back to me. I work with businesses like yours to help them reach more of the people who are already interested in what you offer, before those prospects move on to a competitor. Would a short call this week work so I can share a couple of ideas?
Phone call back after they reply or call
Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] returning your message. I help companies like yours connect with potential customers who are ready to talk but have not reached out yet, so your team can follow up while the interest is fresh. Do you have a few minutes now, or would later today be better?
Text reply after they opt in
Hi [Name], thanks for opting in. I help local service businesses follow up with interested prospects quickly so nothing slips through the cracks. Is a quick call this afternoon okay, or would tomorrow morning suit you better?
