    LeadSpyder Affiliate Terms

    These terms are between you and AW Journeys, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as WySMart AI and LeadSpyder ("LeadSpyder," "we," "us"). By applying to or taking part in the LeadSpyder Affiliate Program, you agree to them.

    1. Joining the program

    • You apply on leadspyder.ai/affiliate. We review every application and may approve or decline any application.
    • Once approved, you get access to your affiliate dashboard and your personal referral link.
    • We may pause or end your participation at any time, including for a breach of these terms.

    2. What earns commission

    • Eligible plans: Starter, Starter Pro and Starter Pro + AI Employee, monthly or annual. No other products, accounts or services earn commission.
    • Not eligible: setup fees, taxes, add-ons, refunded or charged-back amounts, discounts, and any account you own, control or work for.
    • Your own account never earns commission, and neither do accounts for businesses you own or control.
    • Attribution: a customer is credited to you when they start an eligible plan within 365 days of clicking your referral link, as recorded by our tracking system. Our records decide attribution.

    3. Commission rates

    • Affiliate Partner: 10% of the plan price paid by each customer you refer, for as long as that customer stays subscribed.
    • Elite Partner: 20% once you have 10 active paying customers. The 20% rate then applies to all of your active referred customers. If you drop below 10, we may return you to 10% from the next month.
    • Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays for an eligible plan, after discounts.

    4. Tracking and payouts

    • Commissions are tracked in your dashboard from the date you're approved.
    • Payout method, timing and any minimum are set by LeadSpyder and confirmed with you in writing. No commission is payable until then.
    • Before any payout you must provide a valid tax form (W-9 or W-8) and a payout method in your dashboard.
    • Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission. If a commission was already paid, we may deduct it from future commissions.

    5. Partner rate: $100 off your own plan

    • How it works: once you're approved, we send you a personal partner code. Sign up through the normal LeadSpyder checkout and enter your code there.
    • Every approved affiliate can run LeadSpyder on their own website at $100 off any plan from day one. On an annual plan it is worth $1,000 off the year.
    • For the affiliate's own website only. It does not apply to any other account.
    • The code is personal and can't be shared, sold or transferred.
    • It can't bring a charge below $0.
    • It doesn't combine with other discounts unless we agree in writing.
    • The affiliate's own account never earns commission.

    6. How you may promote LeadSpyder

    • Approved claims only. Use only the claims and copy we provide. Never promise results, guarantees or a specific number of leads. The only performance claim allowed is: "On average, LeadSpyder identifies 30% or more of non-bot, U.S.-based website traffic. Results vary by site."
    • Disclose the relationship. Make clear that you earn a commission, as FTC rules require.
    • No spam. Only email or message people who know you or have opted in. Follow CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and other applicable laws. No purchased lists, and no automated calls or texts.
    • Not allowed:
      • bidding on "LeadSpyder" or close variations in paid search
      • posting to coupon or deal sites
      • inventing discounts
      • pretending to be LeadSpyder or its staff
    • Never tell a business to reveal a visit. Don't tell a business to tell its visitors that their visit was seen. LeadSpyder's approach is a helpful first email.

    7. Customers

    • Customers you refer are LeadSpyder customers.
    • We handle demos, onboarding, billing and support.
    • Introduce customers through your referral link. If someone asks to talk with us first, send them your link or copy us on an email so the referral is credited to you.

    8. Changes and ending the program

    • We may change these terms, the rates or the partner rate with notice in your dashboard or by email. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.
    • Either side may end participation at any time.
    • If we end it because of a breach, commissions not yet paid are forfeited.

    9. General

    • You're an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of LeadSpyder.
    • You're responsible for your own taxes.
    • Wyoming law governs these terms.
