SpyderScore

SpyderScore is a real-time intent rating from 0 to 100 assigned to every identified visitor. It is calculated from behavioral signals: pages visited, session depth, scroll behavior, time on site, and return visits. Scores of 80 and above trigger an instant alert to your team.

How it works in practice

As a visitor browses, the pixel feeds behavior into the scoring model. The score updates in real time, so it reflects the current session, not a past visit. When it crosses 80, an alert fires to your phone before the visitor closes the tab. Lower scores enter a slower nurture sequence so nothing is lost, and the score can change between visits as behavior changes.

What it is commonly confused with

It is commonly confused with a static lead grade assigned once from a form. SpyderScore is behavioral and real time, so it reflects what a person did on your site this session, not what they wrote in a form weeks ago. A score can change between visits, which a static grade cannot. The difference is whether the ranking reflects current intent or historical fit.

Why it matters to a business owner

The score tells your team who to call first. Without it, every contact is equal and the hottest prospects go cold while the team works the list in order. With it, your team reaches the 80-plus visitors while they are still on your site, which is the difference between a same-day close and a missed window. The score is what turns a list of names into a prioritized workflow.

Identity Graph

An identity graph is a large database that links signals, like IP addresses and device fingerprints, to real people with verified contact information. LeadSpyder's identity graph contains over 269 million U.S. profiles, which is what makes person-level matching possible.

Deanonymization

Deanonymization is the process of converting an anonymous website session into an identified contact with a name, email, and phone. On average, LeadSpyder identifies 30% or more of non-bot, U.S.-based website traffic. Results vary by site, traffic source, and audience type.

Lead Enrichment

Lead enrichment is the process of adding verified contact details, like name, email, and phone, to a record that started with almost nothing. Visitor identification is a form of enrichment, because it takes an anonymous session and fills in the person behind it.

Anonymous Website Traffic

Anonymous website traffic is the portion of your visitors who arrive, browse, and leave without identifying themselves through a form fill, a login, or a purchase. For most sites that is the large majority, often 97% or more, of every session you paid to acquire.
